Trident Yacht Management was born from Nikki Pennacchia's extensive experience in the maritime world, a journey that began over 15 years ago and led her to break barriers and set new standards in yacht management. With a rich background as a lawyer specializing in maritime law, an avid boater, and a dedicated environmental steward, Nikki's passion for the sea has been the compass guiding her career.
Nikki's unique path includes becoming the first female harbor master in a yacht club with a history spanning 143 years, a role in which she refined her expertise in boat management and consulting. Her hands-on experience ranges from working on yachts and tugboats to volunteering as a firefighter, each role imbuing her with the skills and knowledge to excel in the maritime industry.
At law school, Nikki's foray into managing and working on yachts expanded to include both culinary exploration and maintenance, laying the foundation for what would become Trident Yacht Management.
